Founder and Partner
David founded OPC after a successful career on Wall Street in New York and Houston as a managing director advising clients in the Technology, Energy Transition, Telecom and Media industries on capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions. ​Throughout his career, David has advised and executed on over $250 billion in M&A, debt and equity capital markets transactions for clients, including several landmark transactions.

David began his career in the technology industry where he held several leadership roles.

David has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Rice University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
