Founder and Partner
David founded OPC after a successful career on Wall Street in New York and Houston as a managing director advising clients in the Technology, Energy Transition, Telecom and Media industries on capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Throughout his career, David has advised and executed on over $250 billion in M&A, debt and equity capital markets transactions for clients, including several landmark transactions.
David began his career in the technology industry where he held several leadership roles.
David has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Rice University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
